朝 海岸に打ち上げられた天草を天日で乾燥、
煮出した後、棒状に形とられたところてん
押し出し、いちばん楽しい部分でしょうか、
朝採れの海草の食感と風味は旨しのひとこと
ジリジリと照りつける炎天下、暑ければあつい程 つかの間のツルンは至極
