シメ鯵
新しいフライパンで薄焼きをつくってみたらなかなか快調
油を使わずに弱火でゆっくり フワフワにあがってくれた
熱湯をくぐらせた鯵の頭と中骨でダシを取る 生姜2片、
余り物集めて下準備
漉した出汁で潮汁、鯵のカマの部分を入れて一煮立ちさせて終了
酢で軽くしめた鯵を最後にのっけて食べる
残り物の寄せ集めみたいな丼はちょっと得した気分が旨味
