i think so too most of truck food dosen't come cheap these days not happy may be thier running cost is high too

They changed their name to Chaiman Truck, as there was a lawsuit from Bauhaus NY who trademarked the name Chairman Bao. I recently learned that the Chairman Truck's executive chef is Japanese who designed the menu. However I found the flavors too one dimensional and way too expensive (2 to 3 small bites for one bao). Did you like it? Would rather spend that $ on buta kakuni, or tontoro or butabara kushiyaki...
