残ったレーバーの小さい端っこを湯の中にくぐらせて、ネギと生姜も追加し漬けタレに入れといた
傾けて冷蔵庫に半日
夕方に切り分けてみるといい感じの漬かり具合 端っこでもなんとなくおつまみの体
この間は縞鯵の残りを漬けといた 夜中にちょっと食べれるのが○
豊富にあるより もう無いって差し迫ったところにしみじみ旨
