餃子

冷蔵庫にあったキャベツを丸ごと茹でたあたりから大量餃子決心

ザク切りでいいかなーと躊躇　後からザクザク大きめキャベツはなかなかいい事が判明

ひき肉と混ぜて　小林かつ代で包み方見ながら

素人はこんな感じでいいらしい　　　　　　    ３トレー １００個くらい

黒めに仕上げるのが本の焼き方

　　　　　　　　家はこげ茶が好きなので　ちょっと軟弱に

茹で上げ　酢醤油、ラー油でパクパク

店で出されたら不満だろうなという出来栄えだったけど、家で作って食べると旨い　なんでかな

I like plenty of vineger, prefer to use chili powder instead of La-Yu
