Harbor Village

日本からの友人がやってきたので、Dim Sum

いきなりチャイナタウンもどうかと思い、"Harbor Village"

最近のHarbor Village は11時から12時の間の占客率は60％というところ　以前と比べるととても座りやすい　2週間前にGeary St のTon Kiang "東江"に出向いたら、店の外のブロック全域が待ち人で埋まっていてビックリ

昔のような緻密な作業という感は薄れたが、1つ1つの点心サイズは小さめで食べやすくていい

12時過ぎないとメニューがフル回転をはじめないので、ちょっと早めに行ってゆっくりと
